Liana as star of the day

The day finally arrived in school where she was star of the day.
She was line leader, calendar helper, and brought snack in to share. She was incredibly excited. That's a girl that likes to be in charge.

Mosaics

We have been working on mosaics with Paul Smith, our neighbor. In this post is the bathroom mirror and small person mosaic that Liana and I just finished, Melinda's toucan from last year and Jaal's tree with mirror. Menna (our friend's teenage daughter who is here for a semester) is not quite finished with her sunset mosaic.
